Melissa gave this to me as a gift a few years ago when I was struggling with my digestive health and the resulting emotional turbulence. I remember opening it up and seeing the title,”Crazy Sexy Love Notes”, thinking ‘what in the heck did she send me?’. Inside I found a brilliant concept by Kris Carr, a best-selling author, cancer survivor and wellness advocate.
